The Credit Connect LLC ("The Credit Connect," "we," "us," or "our") is a credit-services organization headquartered at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801. We provide credit-education, dispute, and credit-building services to consumers across the United States. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and your rights regarding that information.

We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, this Policy will be updated and a notice posted.

4.1 Service Providers

We share information with vetted service providers who help us deliver our services:

Each provider is required to maintain reasonable security practices and to use your information only for the purpose of supporting our services.

With your prior written authorization, we may share your credit-report and dispute records with FCRA, FDCPA, or consumer-protection attorneys if litigation against a furnisher, debt collector, or credit reporting agency is contemplated on your behalf. We will never share information with attorneys without your express written consent.

We may disclose your information if required by subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect against fraud or unlawful activity.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent your information to advertisers. We do not share your information with marketing partners.

5. Who on Our Team Can Access Your Information

Within The Credit Connect, access to your information is limited to our Dispute Team — the staff and contractors actively working your case. Access is granted on a need-to-know basis and is governed by internal confidentiality agreements.

We retain client records for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with our legal, audit, and recordkeeping obligations under federal and state credit-services laws. When a client cancels or completes service, the account is marked inactive in our case-management system and is no longer processed for new disputes. Records may continue to be retained in our system for legal-compliance purposes.

California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to deletion (subject to legal retention obligations), the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have similar rights, including the right to access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain types of data processing.

As a financial services provider, we are subject to the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We do not disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers or former customers to third parties, except as permitted by law and as described in this Policy. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to employees and service providers who need to know that information to provide services to you.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
